Cynthia Lee Westbury, a 22-year-old Black woman, was one of the victims in a series of murders that took place in Suitland, Maryland, between late 1986 and early 1987. She was last seen on November 10, 1986, when she left her apartment in Washington, D.C., to meet a friend. Tragically, she never arrived at her destination.
