On January 10, 2025, Lucy Harrison, a 23-year-old British woman from Warrington, Cheshire, was fatally shot while visiting her father's home in Prosper, Texas. The incident occurred on the day she was scheduled to return to the UK after spending the Christmas holidays with her father, Kris Harrison, her stepmother, and younger siblings.
