Rosemary Blackburn, a 70-year-old woman from McKinney, Texas, tragically died on March 19, 2017. She and her husband, Jimmy Blackburn, were found shot dead inside their home by the Collin County Sheriff's Office tactical team after responding to a domestic disturbance call.
