Thelma Montalvo, a 60-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically killed on July 27, 2018, in Robstown, Texas. The incident occurred at the Retama Manor Nursing Center, where she was found dead alongside her 85-year-old husband, Ernest Starry. The perpetrator of this heinous crime was identified as Richard Starry, the 60-year-old son of Ernest Starry.
