Lorraine Isabel Carrillo Garcia, a 41-year-old woman from Robstown, Texas, tragically lost her life on September 18, 2015. She was found shot to death at her residence in the early hours of the morning. The incident was reported to the authorities after a call came in about shots being fired. When the police arrived at the scene, they discovered Lorraine's body.
