Micaela Christiana Sudell, a 24-year-old woman from Corpus Christi, Texas, tragically passed away on May 14, 2022. She was found in her apartment at the Windrush Apartments along with her partner, Erica Larracuente, who was 26 years old. Both women had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The Corpus Christi Police Department responded to a welfare check at their apartment, and upon entering, discovered the bodies. The incident was quickly classified as a capital murder case.
