Death by Force

Jason Perez, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot on January 31, 2025, outside an apartment complex in southwest Houston. The incident occurred at approximately 11:55 p.m. at the 7100 block of Renwick Drive. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Perez unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.
