Alisha Kalee Parker, a 48-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on the night of February 4, 2025. The incident occurred outside a gas station on Barker Cypress Road near the Katy Freeway. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire around 9:05 p.m. and discovered Alisha Parker unresponsive in the driver's seat of a black BMW sedan.
