On July 6, 1995, 16-year-old Hispanic female Dana Sanchez was abducted and murdered in Houston, Texas. According to court records and later confessions, Dana Sanchez had been using a public pay phone when she was approached by Anthony Allen Shore, a man who would later become known as the "Tourniquet Killer."
