Death by Force

On the evening of February 6, 2025, Stephen Wayne Lutz, a 42-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in a parking lot near the intersection of North Hamilton Avenue and West Poplar Street in San Antonio, Texas. Lutz was walking with a friend when two suspects approached him—one on foot and the other on a motorized bike. After a brief exchange of words, both suspects opened fire, striking Lutz multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
