In the winter of 2024, the community of North Charleston, South Carolina, was shaken by the untimely death of David Reis Perry, a 51-year-old Caucasian male. On December 18th, concern grew for David when he was reported missing, leading to a welfare check at Carolina Sound Communications, the family business where he served as president.
