Heriberto Diaz-Marcial, a 60-year-old Las Vegas resident, was fatally shot on February 20, 2016, in what police suspect was a robbery. Diaz-Marcial had just returned home from his job as a porter at the Paris Las Vegas hotel and was only steps away from his house near Lake Mead Boulevard and Marion Drive when the incident occurred.
