David McIntyre, a 43-year-old man, was found with a gunshot wound in Wilmington, North Carolina, on the night of December 28, 2024. Wilmington police responded to a 911 call just after 9:30 p.m. regarding a person lying on the ground at the 1000 block of South Sixth Street, near the intersection of Wright Street.
