Jaqualin Kemp, a 28-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2025, in a shooting incident that occurred in southern Dallas. Kemp was transported to a hospital by a private vehicle, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The shooting took place in the early hours of the morning, around 3:30 a.m., in the 2700 block of Elsie Faye Heggins Street. Authorities responded to the scene and discovered multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
