Jaqualin Kemp, a 28-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2025, in a shooting incident that occurred in southern Dallas. Kemp was transported to a hospital by a private vehicle, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
