On a cold December evening in Philadelphia, a brutal act of violence claimed the life of 28-year-old Tahira Wynn. The Black female was discovered on Thursday, December 26, 2024, in the driver's seat of a white Cadillac SUV parked on the 700 block of Union Street in the city's Mantua neighborhood. Alongside her was 53-year-old Kemo Vaughn, who was also deceased. Both had been shot multiple times.
