Douglas Hubler, a 30-year-old male, was found dead on February 7, 2025, in Perry Township, Carroll County, Ohio. His body was discovered by highway workers off Cashmere Road, wrapped in a tarp. Authorities later identified him and notified his family. The Carroll County Coroner, Dr. Mandal Haas, confirmed his identity, and the investigation into his death is ongoing.
