Elias Konstantinos Tsibouris, a 41-year-old male of Greek ethnicity from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on November 22, 2020. He was born on July 1, 1979, and his funeral was held on December 21, 2020, at Walker Funeral Home in Mt. Healthy, Ohio.

Tsibouris was found dead from a gunshot wound at a Roselawn apartment building. The investigation revealed that Percy Ross, a 65-year-old man, was responsible for the shooting. Ross was convicted of murder, felonious assault, tampering ...
