Ronald Hunt, a 45-year-old man, was fatally shot on the evening of February 18, 2025, in Lumberton, North Carolina. Officers responded to a call at approximately 6 p.m. and discovered Hunt suffering from a gunshot wound at a residence on Anne Street. Emergency medical services transported him to UNC Health Southeastern, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
