David Rickey Anderson, a 21-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in Salisbury, North Carolina, on the night of April 30, 2025. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the 200 block of South Clay Street, near the intersection with East Innes Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Anderson lying in the front yard of a home, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
