On a late afternoon in Paterson, New Jersey, the life of Abel Angeles-Vargas, a 28-year-old man originally from the Dominican Republic, was brought to a violent end. The incident unfolded around 5:20 p.m. on March 15, 2025, near the intersection of Market Street and Pennington Street.
