Ricky Tims, an 18-year-old resident of San Francisco, was found shot to death on August 18, 2011, in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. The incident occurred near Rey Street, and police responded to reports of gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered Tims with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to provide emergency aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
