In the quiet town of Gardnerville, Nevada, the night of February 13, 2025, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to reports from concerned neighbors, deputies from the Douglas County Sheriff's Office arrived at a residence on Kingslane Court at approximately 10:20 p.m. Inside, they discovered the body of Charles Edward Wilkinson, a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male from the nearby town of Minden. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
