Richard Banda, a 31-year-old man, was fatally shot in a parking lot of Dotty's Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on March 11, 2025. Reports indicate that Banda was standing next to the trunk of his car when a person in another vehicle fired at him. He suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
