Eugene Collin Cooper, a 29-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on March 19, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His death was confirmed as a result of gun violence.
Born on March 7, 1996, in New Orleans, Eugene graduated from Warren Easton Senior High School in 2014. He later earned a degree from Nunez Community College in 2020. At the time of his passing, he was employed as a sales associate at Walgreens.
