In the quiet neighborhood of Randallstown, Maryland, a domestic dispute tragically escalated, leading to the death of 39-year-old Kevin Tuck. On the afternoon of April 13, 2025, Baltimore County police responded to a call for an assault in the 4000 block of Winlee Road. Upon their arrival just before 4:30 p.m., they discovered Kevin Tuck with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The subsequent investigation swiftly pointed to a familiar face as the alleged perpetrator. Kevin's own brother, 38-year-old Jason Tuck, was identified as the suspect. Authorities have indicated that the shooting was the result of a dispute over money between the two brothers.
