In a tragic turn of events on April 3, 2017, 36-year-old Steven Scott Campbell, a male, was found deceased in his Randallstown, Maryland, home. First responders, initially answering a call for a cardiac arrest, discovered the bodies of Campbell and his girlfriend, Chinika Shari Hursey, also 36, inside their residence on Bald Eagle Court. Both victims had suffered trauma to their upper bodies, and their deaths were quickly ruled a double homicide. Investigators believe the couple was fatally shot ...
