DeAndre Rashad Miller, a 30-year-old resident of Randallstown, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2019. According to reports, Miller was found shot multiple times in the 3400 block of Barry Paul Road in Randallstown. The incident occurred as Miller was walking towards his home when an unknown assailant approached him and opened fire.
