Investigators specifically requested footage from North Coal Street, North Elizabeth Street, and the victim's apartment complex. Law enforcement officials have conducted numerous interviews but have not publicly identified any suspects. However, they stated that they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the community.
A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in Decker's death. Authorities are asking anyone with relevant information to contact the McDonough County Sheriff's Office or the Macomb Area Crime Stoppers. Officers from multiple agencies, including the Illinois State Police, are involved in the investigation.
