Pamela Zimmerman, 53, a White woman, was a well-known CPA and financial planner in Bloomington, Illinois whose ordinary Monday on November 3, 2014 ended in violence. She worked late in her office in a medical/office complex known locally as Doctors Park. The next morning, November 4, around 7:30 a.m., her secretary, Ina Hess, arrived to find Zimmerman dead inside the suite—shot multiple times, including once in the head.
