Juanita "Janie" Gutierrez, a 62-year-old woman from Bakersfield, California, tragically lost her life on December 28, 2024. Her passing was the result of a murder-suicide incident that took place in her home on Hosking Avenue. Authorities identified the second deceased individual as 54-year-old Carlos Rafael Cardenas.
