In the quiet community of London, Kentucky, a distressing event unfolded on the evening of March 14, 2025, culminating in the death of 50-year-old Carol Ann Rich. Laurel County sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a residence on Burnett Road, approximately 7 miles southeast of London, around 9:30 p.m. following a report of a shooting.
