On January 19, 2025, Leo Neal, a 29-year-old African American man, was found deceased in Atlanta, Georgia. He had been shot inside an SUV in South Fulton, a southern suburb of Atlanta. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that police identified the victim as Leo Neal, age 29.
