Dywaun L. Flowers, a 33-year-old African American man from East Saint Louis, Illinois, tragically lost his life on March 6, 2025. Flowers was shot multiple times at a Phillips 66 gas station located in the 8300 block of State Street in East Saint Louis. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire at the scene and discovered Flowers suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
