Dulce Maria Martinez Guash, a 48-year-old woman, was found dead in her apartment at the Reserve at Waters complex in Jacksonville, Florida, on February 6, 2025. Authorities responded to reports of a domestic argument around noon that day and discovered her unresponsive inside the residence. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office immediately suspected foul play, citing evidence of violence at the location.
