Gwendolyn Kay "Gwen" Smith, aged 66, passed away on May 1, 2019, in Jacksonville, Florida. Gwen was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville and was well-loved by her community. She graduated from Englewood High School and worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Southside Middle School.
