Lendale Kyles, a 21-year-old from Omaha, Nebraska, was fatally shot on November 7, 2010, near 63rd and Boyd Streets. He and 18-year-old Xavon Watson were both killed in the incident, which remains unsolved. The double homicide added to the grim tally of homicides in Omaha that year, which had reached 29 by that point. Despite investigations and appeals for information, no arrests have been made, and the case remains cold.
