Jose Baca Romero, a 63-year-old man from Delano, California, was found dead on February 16, 2025, in Wasco, California. His body was discovered in the 28000 block of Pond Road at approximately 1:24 p.m. Authorities determined that Romero had suffered a fatal gunshot wound, and his death was officially ruled a homicide. The exact date and time of the shooting remain unknown.
