Jamiel Ticer Ringold, a 34-year-old resident of Wasco, California, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2020. The Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting in the area of 16th and D Streets around 6:10 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies found Ringold suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that the suspects fled in a burgundy or brown older-model, four-door SUV or crossover vehicle.
