Andrew Sok, a 19-year-old resident of Modesto, California, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2019, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. on the 1900 block of Vernon Avenue. Sok was one of four individuals who were shot during this event.
