Jessie Dorce, a 32-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in Tampa, Florida, on February 18, 2025. The incident occurred shortly before 12:40 p.m. in the area of East 28th Avenue, where officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, authorities discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds. A fourth victim was later identified as having sustained injuries related to the shooting. All four individuals were transported to the hospital, where Jessie Dorce succumbed to his injuries.
