He was immediately transported to St. Joseph's Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Tyrone James Ellison Jr., also a 23-year-old African American male, faced similar charges of conspiracy to commit murder, murder in the first degree, and shooting into a vehicle. Donte Moses Turner, a 17-year-old African American male, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree.
