Lance Henry James Jr., a 23-year-old African American male from Tampa, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2021. On that fateful night, at approximately 11:22 PM, officers from the Tampa Police Department were dispatched to the area of I-275 near Sligh Avenue following reports of a motor vehicle crash.
