A’kki Pauley, a 28-year-old man from Augusta, Georgia, was fatally shot on the morning of March 19, 2025, while sitting in a vehicle on Dabney Drive. The incident occurred around 11:00 a.m. in Augusta’s Sherwood neighborhood. Pauley was struck by multiple gunshots and was transported by private vehicle to Wellstar MCG Health, where he was pronounced dead at 11:34 a.m.
