In the spring of 2025, a gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts in Forest Park, Georgia, took a grim turn, ending in the death of 25-year-old Isiah Mack. On the evening of April 27th, between 150 and 200 people had convened at a commercial site on 1st Street for what appeared to be a party. However, the festive atmosphere was shattered when a verbal dispute escalated into gunfire, leaving a scene of chaos as motorcycles sped away from the location. When authorities arrived, they discovered that Isiah Mack and another man, Anthony Hearns, had been fatally shot. Two other individuals were also wounded in the shootout.
The investigation that followed pointed to a violent clash between rival motorcycle clubs. Authorities revealed that Mack and Hearns were members of the Philadelphia-based 'Wheels of Soul' Motorcycle Club, which was reportedly attempting to establish a chapter in the Atlanta area. This encroachment was met with resistance from the local 'Outcast' Motorcycle Gang, who, according to police, did not want to relinquish their territory. The shooting was not a random act of violence but a targeted attack stemming from this territorial dispute. The business where the event took place was later cited for operating without a license and issued a cease and desist order.
In the weeks and months following the deadly shooting, law enforcement made a series of arrests. The first suspects to be charged were Donnell “1HQ” McKnight and Nigel “Railroad” Blackwood, both alleged members of the Outcast Motorcycle Gang. Interestingly, McKnight and Blackwood were the same two individuals who had been injured during the incident. After being released from the hospital, they were charged with malice murder and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. McKnight was taken into custody, while Blackwood initially evaded police before turning himself in.
The investigation continued to unfold, leading to the indictment of three more alleged Outcast members: Marvin Judge, Shawn Levone Harper, and Andrew Young. All five men face charges including murder for their suspected roles in the violent confrontation that cut Isiah Mack's life short.
