On May 6, 2025, Lena Hardy, a 31-year-old African American woman from Stone Mountain, Georgia, was tragically shot and killed in DeKalb County. The incident occurred around 12:18 a.m. on Rowland Court. When police arrived, they found Lena Hardy suffering from gunshot wounds.
