Jayce Sandria Pirtle, a 19-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on January 2, 2023, in Lithonia, Georgia. She was born on January 3, 2003, in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee, to her parents, Chiquila Phelps and Jason Price. Jayce was a graduate of Wooddale High School in Memphis, Tennessee, and had accepted the Lord at an early age. She was a devoted mother to her young son, Tah'Jae Pirtle, and was deeply loved by her family and friends.
