In the late hours of January 15, 2025, a fatal encounter unfolded in Phoenix, Arizona. Marcos Antonio Daniel-Eby, a 26-year-old male, was shot at an apartment complex near 18th Avenue and Cholla Street. Phoenix Police officers responded to a call regarding the shooting at approximately 11:30 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Daniel-Eby suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
