In a quiet neighborhood in Surprise, Arizona, the life of 41-year-old Janice Laborin was tragically cut short in an act of domestic violence. On the evening of February 9, 2025, police responded to a call of a shooting near Dysart Road and Elm Street. There, they discovered Laborin inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was rushed to a nearby hospital but succumbed to her injuries two days later, on February 11.
