In the heat of a Monday afternoon on June 9, 2014, a grim discovery was made in a remote area of Surprise, Arizona. The remains of 57-year-old Lisa Baker, a female, were found alongside two other individuals, William “Billy” Kling and Garth Tuggle. The three victims had been shot and their bodies left inside a stolen vehicle, which was then set on fire.
