In the late hours of a Monday night in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 45-year-old Darryl Skinner was tragically cut short. On March 10, 2025, Phoenix Police officers responded to a call of a shooting near 33rd Avenue and Fillmore Street just after 11:30 p.m..
