Jamar Fields, a 28-year-old Omaha resident, was shot and killed on November 1, 2015, at a Halloween party inside the Slowdown nightclub near 14th and Cuming Streets. Jamar, a father of two with another child on the way, was fatally shot in the leg and torso during an altercation that erupted into violence.
